Kia Steering wheel replacement going wrong

On the 15 000 service reported steering wheel coating is coming off. They had to order a new steering wheel. That was fitted bu skew and the steering wheel controls not working. on the next service I asked that it must be fixed. Car in their workshop waiting for a spare part since 18 October 2013 now feedback. In the mean time I had to fly to Cape Town and rent a car on my account.
