On 10 December 2013 i made an order and paid for it online for a box of wines. i requested that someone contact me urgently in regards to the delivery. their website states that delivery takes place within 3 days after you've made payment, they responded to my email about the change of delivery address 2 days later. i received no communication from them from the 12th December, on 08 January i sent them an email again following up, Tayla responded and apologised and stated that my order will be delivered soon, when i enquired when soon will be she never responded. on 25 January i sent them a complaint on which Richard Cranna the manager responded apologising and advising that the wines are sold out, and offering me an alternative and that if i take the alternative, i will receive my order on 31 January 2014.

i will never, ever use wineweb again. no one in that company cares about customer satisfaction as although Richard was aware of the problem he only did something about it 7 weeks later.
