Delivery issues

Electronics and household app.

I placed an order online on Tuesday 3 December 2013 and paid an additional R75 for a speed delivery. On 10 December I followed up with an email to their info to find out when package will be delivered. Mumsy Maseko responded to the email saying it would be delivered the Wednesday 11 December. I advised her that our building will be locked on the Wednesday due to an event. and I would prefer deliver on Thursday 12 December. She responded that delivery will be changed to Wednesday. I mailed her back again and said Thursday. She mails back again and says apologies, I meant Wednesday.By this time, my mood was not good! Today 12 December our security contacts me to indicate that the courier company was at the gate and they requested the driver to wait 2 minutes as I was walking back to office. The driver refused and left. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. ITs the first time I have used them, and its definitely the last! I have even tweeted them and no response. BRANDFAIL
