NO DELIVERY, NO FEEDBACK

I placed an order on the CNA website on 18 December 2013. Since then, I haven't had ANY feedback regarding this order other than the automated email that I received after the order was completed.

I called the call centre on Tuesday, 31 December 2013 and was told in a subsequent voicemail that my order would be delivered on Friday, 3 January 2014. To date, no delivery has taken place and there has been no further communication from CNA either.

I must say, I am beyond unimpressed with the level of service I have encountered using CNA's online shopping facility, I shop online frequently and have never encountered such dismal service before. I sent this complaint via email as well and have received no response to it either.

Someone needs to tell me where my order is, if it is being delivered AT ALL! These are items for school and I would have sourced them elsewhere had I known CNA's service was so pathetic!
