Pre-Order: Absolutely Dreadful First Experience!!!

I pre-ordered an item from Kalahari, with a release date of 4th of October.

As of the 15th of October, the order is one week late, and Kalahari have missed 3 delivery dates and are continuously delaying the delivery of the item, with no explanation.

On the 14th, Kalahari phoned to inform me that "the order has been shipped". However, the following day the courier company said that the tracking number that Kalahari provided does not exist in their database, and they did not receive any such parcel. Kalahari later emailed me to say that there had been an "operational glitch" and that my order would be delayed further.

After numerous emails and phone calls, Kalahari apologises profusely and states that they are investigating the matter, but they have fail to reply to mails asking why the delay has occurred.

As a first time user of Kalahari, this is an absolutely disgusting experience, as my order is a week late and Kalahari cannot resolve the situation. Kalahari Support have been extremely pleasant to deal with as they have been professional, apologetic and courteous, but unfortunately the matter has not been resolved.

I want more than empty apologies, please.
