BAD SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FURNITURE CITY AGAIN... The bed i bought end of December less than 3 months ago has broken for the 2nd time i then went to furniture city to advise that i want the bed replaced and i do not want the same bed back then the manager aproached me and advised me "YOU CHOSE THE BED AND WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU A NEW BED " as yes i chose the bed but the bed was not broken and as a first time buyer i was obviously not aware of the poor quality of furniture cities products... i regret buying from furniture city and feel like just giving back their broken bed for a refund as i am tired of complainting about their bad quality of products and also their bad service as the manager told me its not furniture cities problem but the people that suppliers the products... that part i dont get as furniture city are the people debitng my money out of my bank account i hope other clients read this as i hope people dont have too go through what i am currently going through BAD SERVICE AND BAD QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN FURNITURE CITY
