To whom this actually may concern,
I have placed and order with furniture City Nelspruit the Grove for their 16 pice package deal in december 2012, first i was told that my goods will be received in drippebs and drabes but i was assured that i will have all my goods no later then by the end of January 2013, well it is now almost the end of February 2013 and i am still waiting for my Samsung Home theater system and coffee table also they delivered my whole dining room suite broken i reported it and they said they will get back to me no one up to now has done anything about replacing it and collecting the broken one, I am so sick and tired of their empty promises and am actually considering really taking this matter futher as they dont bother to get back to a person and if they do they just phone to say they going to sort this out but then you hear nothing until you phone them again and alll you get is the same response, really someone has to take this on or it will have to go as far as court and a law suit. I would much appreciate if they can actually just deliver my oustanding goods and replace the broken dinning room suite now as it has been almost 4 months now.
