I purchased furniture from Brixton furniture (bedroom suit & corner lounge) in May 2012, however i was still waiting for my property to be completed since it was a newly built house. My furniture stayed in the store and i started paying for it whiles under the store premises. I moved into my property in December and my furniture was only delivered then (1st week of December). The wood that was used on the bed was very weak and broke within 6 months of usage. I contacted the store and i was informed that they cannot assist me but i insisted that they do because their reasoning was not valid. They came and collected broken parts of the bed on the 15th October and the refuse to resolve the matter till this day. I am the one that is always calling Beverly and asking for progress. i need this matter to be settled. Supplier and store issues are none of my concern. I need my bed to be fixed. Please assist.
