Promise that was not kept!!!

I am so discussed with Beares Pta North! We bought in December 2012 almost R 200, 000.00 worth of furniture, we were like in bullied to buy a lounge sweet witch we did, for Thabo just kept going on and on, Almost all the furniture they delivered were faulty and broken, The Lounge was broken so after going on and on withe various phone calls that was made and spoken to Loratho, the exchange it only to realise the Lounge is 2 different colours!!! We went i and made phone calls, they promise "Loratho" to phone us back and respond and I'm still sitting with that same lounge in my living room after they took 4 pm already for stuff that is not correct! I need a urgent respond and correction from Beares other wise they must come take that lounge back, refund the pm I made on that lounge and take it of my name!!! This is really unacceptable and yes Beares better apologies, and start going to customer care courses for they don't know how to treat value customers!!! My name is Susan and I do not care if they know who I am, and want other people to please think twice before entering that store!!!
