Consistently bad service from tills

After buying groceries 12:51 260114 I was expected to pack my own groceries. I was told that there are no grocery packers. When I asked for the supervisor she told me that she was going to fetch the manager and she was so playful and laughing. I waited for the manager who never arrived until the security lady packed the groceries for me.
This is not only happening in Parys as I also always experience such at their south gate branch.
This is really pathetic where you are expected to buy and pack your own groceries either in the plastics or back in the trolley.
