Hire staff to pack groceries we purchase

I am dissappointed that everytime i go to Shoprite at Kagiso Mall i have to bag my own groceries after making payment which is unacceptable. It is not my duty as a consumer to pack my groceries and i honestly feel that the level of service provided by them is bellow standard, if it was on 1 occasion i would understand BUT this happens every time i go there and needs immediate change.
