Exchange of Mattress

On 27/08/2013, on their opening day, I bought a bed at Joosubs Rustenburg. After only 3 months the mattress was in such a terrible condition that you can not even sit on it!
There is steel and screws coming through.
A month ago I went there to complain. They told me they will take it up with their supplier.
After a month I went back there, they did not even respond. They told me there was no guarantee on the bed so they cannot help me.
The sales lady was supposed to tell me that, which se didnt`t.
She was new and still in training!
Can I do anything about that?
