No Refund / No Credit... Watch out for your Money

I have in vain tried to get a PS3 game I delivered which I ordered online from Kalahari more than a month ago. Only to get a Xbox game delivered. After spending money on the phone to try and resolve this at my own cost, and promises via telephone and Hello Peter, to have my credit refunded, I have now:

1) Still no game
2) No credit
3) No refund

The credit eventually materialised and I was promised by the Kalahari lady she will refund it to my account if I send her my log in details, this never happened, now I am missing credit and a refund...

This is outright!!!

Going to have to take this further and report this as well to the ombudsman as online companies who operate this unethical should be banned from business. I was horrified to see how many people have been ripped off or done in by Kalahari via the Hello Peter website. It's scary. I would like to start a petition to the ombudsman to look into their unethical practises as the consumer credit protects consumers against this type of conduct.
