[URL Removed] does not refund on goods returned

I ordered goods online from Kalahari in December 2013. The goods did not fit my needs and was send back according to instructions. I paid by credit card but yet they refunded the money in my kalahari account and not the credit card. The state that you have the option to switch the money to any account of your choice, which I did on the 16th of December. Up to date no money have been received in my savings account. Numerous phone calls and emails have delivered no answer to my complaint just promises of phoning me back which never happened. I M disgusted in the service and will never order from them again.
