Unauthorised access to my account

Im writting this report on behalf of my mother in law and she is extremely upset that Edgars staff had just added an airtime contract to her account without her consent. how do we go about getting this cancelled and my mom refunded for the inconvenience? if i dont get an answer by the close of business this coming friday then im going to have to go to the news papers with this issue.
