I had an account with Foschin, i went and paid it up in September. 3 MONTHS LATER I GOT AN SMS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN AREAS, I THEN VISITED THE BRANCH OF WHICH I HAD PAID UP MY ACCOUNT TO. I HAD STILL REMEMBER THE GUYS NAME WHO ASSISTED ME AND GAVE ME THE ASSURANCE THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSSED. I ASKED HIM WHAT DID HE DO? FORTUNATELY HE COULD STILL REMEMBER ME HE AGREED THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. HE MADE A CALL TO HIS HEAD OFFICE OF WHICH HE TOLD ME THAT THEY TOLD HIM I MUST PAY AGAIN THEN THEY WILL DO THE INVESTIGATION. I WAS VERY FURIOUS AND CROSSED OF THAT RESPONSE. I FEEL LIKE AM BEING RIPPED OFF AND MY RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLETED AS A CUSTOMER. WHY SHOULD I PAY AND ACCOUNT I CLOSED? AND EVEN THE PERSON I PAID TO HIM KNOWS EXACTLY THAT I CLOSED THAT ACCOUNT. - He's name is Solly and he told me i can quote him because he has no idea what went wrong and to why my account was not closed.
