I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER!!!

I I closed my EDGARS account on the 27th November 2013 and it is 15 January 2014 and I have still not recieved my paid up letter.
I paid my account in full on the 25th of November and I have contacted EDCON call centre/ head office regarding a paid up letter on 6 occasion and I have been promised and promised and I have to date still recieved anything. I call in and I am promised that the letter will be email to me and I still have recieved nothing, all I want is my paid up letter as I want to purchase a house and the banks have been requesting the paid up letter from EDCON.
I think it's really pathetic as a consumer to be treated in this manner and I am completely unempathetic towards any excuse that EDCON is willing to make. I don't want to hear NOTHING!
Please can we solve this matter amicably and speedily as possible.
