My order was ready to be packed on Monday afternoon. Obviously with Tuesday being a public holiday nothing was done. On Wednesday nothing had been done with my order. I emailed to enquire when my order would be dispatched. I only received an email response yesterday (Thursday) informing me that my order would be dispatched sometime during the day. No explanation why it had taken so long was provided. When I enquired as to why it had taken so long I got no response. For an online store I expect that the dispatching of items happens every day. Therefore, I cannot understand why it took almost 2 days to send out the items. I have never had to wait so long for my order to be dispatched. I am not happy at all with the service received. I expect a lot more considering I have always had such good service.
