Order still in progress from 08/10/13

Kahalahari offered their weekly special on Headphones, I placed the order Order # 1000440888 CRM:03090234 on the 08/10/11 and the items were reflecting to be released within 24hrs, I see it is still in progress and the estimated date of delivery for them keeps on climbing. Their response to me was "the Ecko Exhibit Headphone Suiko - Red is dispatched in 8 working days. This means your order dispatch date is estimated using the item with the longest dispatch date." Really!! because the system did not tell me that, it stated IN STOCK and dispatched within 24hrs when the order was placed???
And today I see they have now deducted the money from my credit card for items not even dispatched as the order is still in progress on the system.
