I joined Avon business early this year and I was so excited only to realise later that I involved myself in a stressful situation. As a cash client, my first 2 orders came on time but I never received my third order up to now and Avon keeps claiming that I owe them and yet they are owing me. I paid cash direct to Avon for my second order because my leader had not told me clearly that I must wait until my order arrives at the post office then pay from there. When this order arrived at post office, the postal services refused my proof of payment and I made another payment to the post office for them to release my goods. Despite sending proof of payments to Avon for them to refund the other payment, I was told that it can only be refunded when my account is in credit. Since then this account has never been in credit because they keep asking for money for the goods that I never received from my 3rd order with no tracking number. This has been going on since March and I received smss and calls from collections. I owe Avon nothing. Avon has all resources to investigate this matter. I want my account cleared and my refund. I received another sms from ITC today.
