They are not fare in there dealings

Im representing Shaka transport based in Lusaka Zambia.we carried goods for SRP shipping 3 to 4weeks ago, from joburg to Lusaka Zambia for MTN Zambia.they paid half through a broker who then paid us (Shaka transport) and said they (SRP shipping) R18, 000 ZAR.and said they would pay the balance of R20, 000 upon delivery.when we delivered they consignment they said payment can only be done when PODs are handed, and that's what my colligue did in Zambia.he sent the PODs with the younger brother, who flew in last Monday to hand them in (SRP shipping) to the manager Alan.when the handed over the documents, they were told to wait and bring other documents.when we finally brought the missing documents, we were told by the manager Alan that he would get back to us ASAP.two days later when we went to collect our payment, he (Alan) avoided us by sending a representative to tell us he never knew us and he would deal with the broker.we are the transporters and owners of the truck ABX 9143 trailer ABX9142TMr Robert chirwa and representative here in RSA Jim k Gondwe.
