No update of payment

I placed an order with [URL Removed] on the 23Rd of September, paid and sent through proof of payment the same day.
Ref: KALKNBKONH
I have sent proof of payment about 20 more times since then as the money would have cleared yesterday.
I now get a message saying that they need payment for my order to avoid automatically cancelling it.

I HAVE PAID! UPDATE YOUR SYSTEMS!!!
