My grandmother had bought a washing machine from Best Electric in Daveyton but it broke along the way. I realized that she was covered under the insurance and I made a claim. Initially I was promised someone was going to come and have a look and repair if they can. No one came in the first week and when I phone best electric to inquire I got a very unsavory response from one of their staff. She was so rude and told me they cannot come to an area when there's only 1 request and this drove me crazy thinking now we have to wait for other things to go wrong before they can come fix my grandmother's washing machine. Fortunately Nomvula came to the rescue!! she was polite, professional and very helpful and also apologized for her rude colleague. The repair guys came and replaced the faulty part. She phoned me every week to ask about the status and was pushing for something to happen and through her hard work our washing machine is fully operational even though it took a bit of time because of stock availability she was there every step of the way. We need more people like Nomvula. Give that lady a cocktail!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH Nomvula! KEEP IT UP!
