5 weeks going on 7 weeks and still waiting!!!

Good day,

I am so beyond angry with @Home Canal Walk outside store!
I went into their branch on the 30-072013 looking for a gift for my grans 70th birthday.

What i wanted was a Digital Photo Frame.
They didnt have any stock but would ship one out from Melrose Arch and it would arrive within 2 weeks. meaning it would get here on the 15-08-2013.

Well no one ever bothered to call me back at all and tell me that there was a problem with the paperwork and it was never placed. Now we are on week 5 and when i called in to advise them that i still havent received any feedback, they tell me that the paperwork wasnt received and that the parcel is only going on the truck tomorrow so i need to wait another 2 weeks!!!

EXCUSE ME??? what would you like me to tell the person whose birthday it is???

This is absolutely shocking and disgusting service.

I want this item by Friday the 06-09-2013 and no later.
After this i will never purchase anything from you again.

Its appalling how you make clients run after their own goods cause your staff are to incompentant to follow up on one simple thing.

I want a call by today with an update on my item!!!
