Hi,

I'm unhappy with Electric express Mamelodi. I made two calls to the shop today.

I bought a washing machine and now it is broken. The machine is still under warranty. I called because I want my machine to be repaired. I was promised twice that they will call me back to proceed with the claim. That was five hours ago. Called this number 012 805 0280.

How hard can it be to return my call as they promise.

Can I please get someone competent to assist.
