After lodging a repair booking for my washing machine on their website last week Thursday already, to date nobody has phoned me to follow up whether a technician has been in contact with me. I have phoned twice, as I need to arrange with my domestic worker when they will come by to assess the washing machine. Was promised yesterday that a technician will contact me today, but it is already 14h00 and no call...!!!
Considering just buying a new washing machine, cause why go through all this and still go home and do washing by hand!?
But the replacement machine will DEFINITELY not be an LG!!!
