Bad repair service and electrical items

Early 2013 I Purchased a Twin Tub washing Machine. Believing it would last me a few years, to my amazement it only lasted two months and the Spinner gave in. I returned to the store to log a complaint for repairs. The store then refused to replaced the Twin Tub and sent out a technician to repair the machine. Once again Best electric failed to deliver as three months later the Twin Tub completely gave in and didn't show any signs of life. I returned again to store log another complaint the store this time wanting the store to replace the faulty machine that they have given in the first which should be fair. The store with their poor lack of service and incompetence, intentionally sent a technician three months after the warranty expired to check the machine then refused to replace the item and adding to further insult demanded that i fork out money for a broken item which they have supplied. This disgusting service was beyond comprehension.
