Karvol damanged my humidifier!

I recently purchused an expensive humidifier for my baby who had bronchitis. I also purchased Karvol captules to use within my humidifier specifically because it claims on the back of the pack, that Karvol can be used in humidifiers. The next morning i noticed that Karvol had damaged the humidifier so badly that it actually cracked the humidifier. I emailed Karvol and explained what has happened. I also attched a photo. Phindi Nthuli from Incolabs emailed back and basically said that it was impossible that Karvol had damaged my humidifier although she couldn't even open my photo that clearly showed the damage. I am extremely dissapointed in the poor response I received.

I will advise anyone not to purchase this product and will do my utmost best to let people know of what has happened. PATHETIC!!!

DO NOT USE KARVOL IN ANY HUMIDIFIER. IT DAMAGES IT AND KARVOL COULDN'T CARE LESS!
