Excellent Service

We had been given a humidifier as a gift and after a month of using it, there was a droning vibrating noise coming from the unit, my wife called the branch and was told to bring it in so that they could send it for repairs. When we went into the branch, I explained the problem to the branch manager, who offered to replace it immediately, we took a different humidifier as we thought the same problem could occur, and the manager even refunded me the extra credit on a gift card. I thought this was going the extra mile as I had the warrantee sticker but no receipt as it was a gift as well as no box. Excellent service and a big thank you from myself to you at baby city.
