Inefficiency is terrible

Over a month and a few of weeks ago, I took in my humidifier to Dischem pharmacy in Vaal Mall to ask how they could help me fix it. One of the managers gave me the contact details of Pharmalec Agencies as they are distributors of the Elektra Health humidifiers. I called them, spoke to a lady by the name of Maritza. She advised that since I didn't have proof of purchase, to book in the appliance at the store, as a driver comes there every week to fetch stock. They would fetch it, look at the faults and quote me on it rather than fix it under warranty. I did that and I have yet to get a quotation from them. On the number of occasions that I call, she is always unavailable, never returns my calls and I'm beginning to think I never will. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, no repair men will touch it because they don't know how to fix, I thought they would refer me, yet I'm still suffering from sinusitis because of the inefficiency of a woman from Pharmalec Agencies!!! Clearly they know nothing about customer service and they only concentrate on selling products not any post sale services. I am in utter disgust at all of this.
