Groupon: Humidifier Purchase - Non Delivery

On 06/12/2013 I have purchased a Humidifier on Group on.

On the Group on website it stated delivery will be made within 2 weeks, It's officially more than a month & STILL I haven't received my Humidifier!!

I have also logged a query on the Group on website, but all I received is: "Thanks for contacting Group on Customer Service. Your request is being reviewed by our staff and we hope to respond to you within 72 hours. This is an automated message, so there is no need to reply to this email at this time."

Group on is Definitely NOT the website to buy from!!!
