Quality of clothes - REFUSE to credit my accounnt

I purchased a jersey at Eastgate on Thursday on account, it had NO tag and it was the last one. I got home and fitted it on and realised that the jersey is made of a terrible quality material because it stretches more and more and it hasnt even been worn.
I send a family member with my acc card and slip to return ot to East rand mall and she was sent back because they cant credit it because there is NO size on just the "truworths" label
When i purchased it there was NO size or TAG and i was allowed to purchase it
5 days later NO return???
To my knowledge and what i was told when i purchased it the barcode is on the label?
NO WHY the fuss?
