COD for furniture delivery?

Dear Dial a Bed - since when does a major furniture company as yourselves have a cash delivery policy when your goods arrive. Yes I knew that there was a delivery cost, I have no issue with this, however it's usually charged on your goods invoice... never paid in cash when the truck driver arrives. Lets not even mention the fact that the goods are a day late.
