The Grumpiest Manager/Supervisor eve

I went into Lakeside Truworths yesterday to return some items I had purchased a week or two previously from Truworths. I have never been met with such a "grumpy manager/supervisor" in all my life as yesterday. I had a shirt that I wanted to return, that I had bought on "The February Sale", & paid cash at East Rand Mall 2 weekends prior. Unfortunately I had no slip with me but they could see the shirt was still new. On purchasing the shirt from East Rand Mall prior, there was a very very long que that day & I also never had my Truworths card with me & paid cash for the item to speed up the process. At the time of the purchase there was no swing ticket on the shirt & my gut said it was going to be a headache if I return it. But still purchased it cash. Now I can't return it & Lakeside branch are not interested in helping (esp the "Grump"). I felt like I was just brushed off & she walked away without any interest or care to my plea. So hence after having an account with Truworths for numerous years, will be closing it. Am tired of the bad attitude in many branches & non helpfulness. Stuff that. This is happening to often at Truworths.
