I would like to understand how you manage to get away with your exchange policy. I have tried to return goods with a hole in it which i did not see when buying it. The tags are still on and it has never been worn. The only response I get is sorry no receipt no refund. Could you imagine if we all had to keep every receipt for goods we purchased? I am now sitting with a jersey of no use to me. R360 out of my pocket and Truworths doesn't care because they are sitting with my money!!
Not to mention everytime I go to your Truworths Tygervalley branch and have bought something on my account I get told to go to the branch I purchased it at. Are you trying to make it as inconvenient as possible to exchange goods? I will never be shopping at Truworths again and have informed everyone I know of your terrible service and policies. What have you got to lose to exchange items with tags on in original condition? Maybe you dont like happy customers or value them.
