I received a call on 20.03.2013, stating i have a pre-approved acc with Homechoice, I allowed the app process-was approved for R2000 telephonically.i was not ready to purchase just yet. Today 30.04.2013, I placed an order for R999.spoke to Kaya, took my order and said my goods will be delivered after the 07.05.2013. A few minutes later after speaking to Kaya, i received an sms at 12:54pm saying that i have not met homechoice criteria so I called back and spoke to Melanie, she was also highly confused as she saw on the system that i was approved, she said that she will further investigate and call me back before 3pm. Whilst talking to her, i received another sms at 13:00pm, saying "Congratulations your Homechoice app has been approved". I told her about the sms and she said that she can see the same thing and she will get back to me today.around 1:10pm, Hilton whom was the supervisor, called, he was rude and laughed at everything i said, i told him that he is very unprofessional and i was going to creditombudsman, he said go ahead and im gonna waste my money by doing that as they did nothing wrong.they do not have any professional ethics and i am appalled and disgusted.a very poor service
