On the 29 November 2012 1x Belford Chest of Drawers was delivered to me. Upon assembling the piece I discovered that it was broken. I called the contact centre on 30 November 2012, ref no 112003811, to report this and request a pick up and a replacement. I have been in contact with Homechoice ever since, to date I am still sitting with a broken piece of furniture.

I have had no joy whenever I call Homechoice, no one is able is help with this problem.
This is unacceptable customer service. My last call to Homechoice was today 15 January 2013 as I am still waiting for someone to call me back, Nobody at Homechoice has called me back with feedback ever since 30 November 2012. This is disgusting to say the least. I am not interested in the logistics of Homechoice, regarding stock etc, a common courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Homechoice has once again lived up to its reputation of disgusting service.
