NO GOODS RECEIVED BUT BEING BILLED

I have recently purchased goods from Homechoice and did not received the goods. i was told that i needed to supply Homechoice with an affidavit which was done promtly. it has been three weeks now and i didnt receive any communication regarding my purchase. no one from homechoice has called to let me know what is going on but i get a statement in the post which says that i must pay. WAT THE . how can i pay for stuff that i neva received. its absolutely disgusting.
