Rude and bad attitude

I had called homechoice to query my account I spoke to a guy by the name of Kaya firstly he was so uninterested in the call he even yawned while he was speaking to me. Further the reason that I had called for
wasnt resolved because he was more interested in being arrogant. This is not the first problem I have had
with homechoice and their staff. A simple thing like an account query cant be handled by their incompetant staff.
Utterly disgusted...
