Very Bad Service!!!

We bought a Refrigerator, Dishwasher and 2 TV on Saturday. Muriel informed us that there are stock on these items. We arranged with a friend to bring his pick-up from JHB to help us to take these items home. When it was time to load, they loaded a display unit dishwasher (without informing me, I saw it when I went back in to the shop to check) and there was no stock on the refrigerator. All of a sudden they unloaded the dishwasher and said they will deliver a brand new dishwasher and refrigerator on Monday 07/10 at 12:00 at no charge. At 13;30 I haven't received anything as yet and when we phoned to hear when they are going to deliver they just say they don't know they are waiting. This is utter bad service and will NOT recommend Hi-Fi Corporation to anybody.
