No Point in Calling This Store!

Whenever calling Game Canal Walk, you get passed around from department to department with no one to help you, even speaking to 5 different people. This time I was 6th person lucky! In store I have noticed how they (even managers) ignore a ringing phone or in this current case, place you on hold and just leave you there for 6 minutes listening while they have full on conversations, when they stated they will be passing you to the department you need to be in!

Let me break it down! Customer Service is ONE of the MOST important factors you should be taking care of!
An incident happened about a week ago when a Manager, namely Felix, blatantly ignored us when returning our 42" TV and decided to assist a customer who could not check a TV box to see that it had no USB input! Only after telling this to ANOTHER manager did we get assistance! Not to mention the young lady at Customer Service wasting our time intentionally and telling this (in their own language) to a security guy that then in turn told us that this lady is intentionally wasting our time, we left the store at 21h25 because she decided to take her own sweet time! I am seriously disgusted!
