After making a purchase on the 3rd of March I was promised the goods will be delivered within 2 days.
The goods were only delivered on the 7 of March after I had to fight with the store to actually deliver.
We found that some of the furniture was damaged on delivery they promised to have it returned to the store to be replaced the next day which was supposed to be the 8th of March.
We have not heard from them since then, after numerous phone calls to find out whats going on no one seems to be of assistance (Head office & Branch).
I cannot begin to explain the frustration and disappointment I have had in terms of dealing with the store.
All i need is the stock to be returned and replaced I really don't see whats to difficult in doing that.
If I don't receive any solid feedback by close of business tomorrow I will be reversing the debit order and returning the stock with the aim to purchase from another reliable and customer focused store because clearly House and Home are seriously lacking good customer service.
