Excellent service

My husband bought a handbag as a surprise gift for me during the latter part of 2013. While it is a lovely handbag, it is not quite my style. It was not used and in the original packaging. I asked at the store if I could possibly change it for other merchandise. The staff remembered by husband buying the item for me and it was no problem. However since it was a gift I did not have the sales docket and they were unable to allow an exchange. I was referred to Lauren at HQ. I called her. Lauren was polite and professional in the manner she handled my situation and in no time said she would ring Gerda to allow an exchange.
Not only was this a pleasant experience but I now have not one, but two pairs of gorgeous Tsonga shoes that I can't wait to show off... Thank you ladies.
