Rude staff and terrible customer service!

I received Paul Boutique purse as a gift. My Sister asked for a gift receipt so that I could exchange it. Cellini advised that they do NOT do gift receipts, she will have to give me the receipt so that I can exchange it. At no point did they tell her this is a sale item - she will not be able to exchange it!

The purse was faulty. At cellini i spoke to a young lady whom I gave the purse & receipt & I advised that I would like to exchange it.

While she went to the manager whom I understand is Gerda Potgieter. I asked the lady if we could move the bag full of purses to a table so that i could see what choices i had to exchange it.

Gerda returns & advises of a no exchange on sale good policy and after unreasonable debating I explained that the purse is faulty & does not clip closed when cards are in it. Eventually iIwas told I could exchange it, but while i was looking at the bag with purses, she requested it to be moved outside. The male working there advised why it was there. She abruptly said we have other customers to worry about and moved it away while i was busy with it.

At the till she then advised that these purses have given nothing but trouble! DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED
