Markham
Harassment over R 50

I have been a loyal client of Markham for a number of years. I have always made payments on time. This month's installment is due as per usual and my salary will only be paid to me tomorrow and it just so happens that there is an arrears amount outstanding of R 50 something. If i was in arrears for 3 months or more then i would understand the disgusting phone call i received from one of your collections agents. However considering my payment history I am treated like an by the agent responsible for the call.

Not only that, after i end the call because i refused to be spoken to in that way, they still have the audacity of sending threatening SMS's warning me of legal action For R 50!!! I will make payment first thing tomorrow and then I will close this account simply because Markhams/Foschini Group/TGIF do not value the loyal clients and good service is something they do not encourage among their staff.
