Bad Attitude towards a new customer

I decided to open a Woolworths account over the weekend due to the healthy food that they always have on offer. I got a call and received notice that I can get my temporary card at any branch (Mall@Reds being my closest). I did a purchase that same day and another two days later at another branch. Yesterday I returned to the Mall@Reds branch to purchase some food and was notified from the manager that I cant purchase using my temporary card with a drivers license, I need to have my ID book with me. But I received my card and made previous purchases using an drivers license. The woman then argued with me and said that she explained to me the previous time that I need an ID, which never happened. She also argued this fact with me in front of other customers, making me feel embarrassed, the male manager left without saying bye, or thank you and so did the female. Bad attitude and no details in their explanations. Wont be returning to the branch and considering closing my account due to this incident.
