Salary garnished when payments are being done

As per the arrangement made with Bayport a monthly deposit is being made into Bayport's account, deposit slips are being emailed to them. I receive a phone call every month from the legal department and every month I explain payment has been made. I receive an sms every month regarding non payment. This is not true as payment is being made and emailed to their client services. I receive confirmation email from client services stating that the payment has been allocated. Agents explain to me that my account is in arrears and that that I am liable for this account until it is paid in full. I have agreed to this every time they call. I received an email this morning to state that my salary is to be garnished. I am paying my account so why am I being garnished. Yes it is in arrears but it will be paid. I was told that you can only be garnished if you are not making any payments to your account. Bayport is a lying cheating, money hungry company. I will not ever recommend anyone to use Bayport ever.
