PATHETIC HANDLING OF ACCOUNTS

I have had a YDE account for a number of years now and have been paying my installments on time every month ever since I can remember. I received a call from a call center agent on the 31/10/2013 saying that my account was in arrears for an amount of R93 which is also my balance on that account. I have already paid my installment via eft and I do not appreciate phone calls claiming that my account is in arrears. I have on many occasions overpaid the account and you guys have owed me. You do not see me going into a store and demanding the money back. Is this how you guys treat loyal customers? because from where I am standing, it is disgusting. i have had to pay via eft because there is no store located in the area that I live in, so if eft payments are not in time, that is not my problem and i do not expect anyone to make their problem my problem. Kindly tell your call center agents to get their facts straight instead of moaning at me for an amount of R93... we will not talk about the thousands I have bought from you guys over the years either.
