Delivery dates never honoured

We ordered a bed from the Dial-a-bed website on 2014-01-04 and despite numerous phone calls to the call centre still haven't received the bed. The call centre agent promises feedback but does not return the call. On Monday delivery was promised today (2014-01-24) but have not received any confirmation and (conveniently) Lunga is not in today. Got off the phone with Solly over 30 mins ago who promised to phone me back after checking with the warehouse, an empty statement that has been used many times by Lunga.

I phoned the customer complaints division and the woman that answered's attitude was so awful to the extent that I just ended the call without lodging the complaint.

Please can we have either a guaranteed delivery date with in the next 3 days or a refund.

To others reading this complaint: Avoid using this company's services, the online convenience it not worth the offline incompetence
