Went to Foschini in Eloff street today and was appalled by the service I receive. The was only one cashier working the queue was 7 people and the rest of the ladies (3) where busy taking. The lady who sells food came in and they talked to her then called others and ordered food, then after 5 minutes one of the ladies the cashier that helped me Cynthia came and opened the till. The lady that sells food came towards her and she asked what she wants she took the suit I bought scanned it then continued with the food lady no apology to me or anything. Is said that your staff treat customer with little or no respect, sadly they don't see anything wrong with this, I'm appalled by this and they have lost me as a customer I will go to some of your retailers ELLOF STREET SERVICE LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUNT.
